Leon Sacks (October 7, 1902 – March 11, 1972) was an American lawyer and politician. A member of the Democratic Party, he served in the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania's 1st congressional district from 1937 to 1943. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he earned an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
